1.Student meeting with Academic coordinator conducted fortnightly to asses the teaching of faculty in various disciplines.


2.As per the feed back of students, principal conveys faculty meeting on last Saturday of every month.

3.Faculty members are instructed to maintain lesson plan of the allotted subjects which shall be produced before academic coordinator/principal weekly for verification necessary suggestion.

4.Faculties are encouraged to write notes on their allotted subjects which distributed to students free of cost.


5.Students are encouraged to make working models related to subjects and best model ins awarded a cash prize through the concerned department

6.Each department is to conduct seminar once in a month by inviting distinguished person from local industries and Govt. Technical institutions.


7.Reconciliation meeting is conducted after declaration of the University result to analysis the result with faculty and students.

8.Industrial tours are conducted branch wise to give Industrial exposure the students

9.Students are empowered to bring to notice of the principal of any irregularities in classes by the faculty members.

(v) Mechanism / norms & procedure for democratic / good governance:

The Management of college conveys meeting of faculty Bi-monthly to discuss the polices of governance & implement it.

The holiday list of the institute is prepared through faculty meeting keeping in mind the Academic calendar.

Faculty are Sectioned CL / EL with an undertaking of other faculty to take the classes.
The Institute strictly obey the University Academic calendar & holiday list.

(vi) Student feedback on Institutional Governance / faculty performance:

Student meeting is conducted monthly by principal to take feed back on faculty and on governance.

Assessment of faculty Performance is done by students through a set of questionnaires prepared by academic advisory committee

(VII) Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:-

Grievance redressal cell is set up separately for students and faculty (including staffs)

Students are instructed to submit their grievance by writing to principal which is resolved within 7 days. If principal fails resolve the grievance, then the matter is referred to management by principal to solve the problem within 03 days

Faculty are instructed to submit their grievance by writing to principal, Principal by conveying the meeting of staff grievance cell consisting of management to address the grievance.

In case of any emergency problem related faculty, staff and students, principal is authorixe to call grievance cell meeting by inviting management members immediately to short out the problems
